As per demand of current status, legal service is one of the strengths of DPC. We had many experiences and knowledge on permitting procedure of each local authority, DPC always ensures to complete the legal service promptly as investor’s requirement.
So many projects (for construction permit, legal service) have been completed per year, we are fully qualified to be one of the best consultant on construction legal service currently.
The investor can review some main parts of Legal service as following scopes:
- Prepare and request approval for 1/500 planning (or shortened form)
- Please approve the design connection point (water supply, drainage, sewage, road, electricity, data)
- Apply for environmental permission (environmental permit or environmental impact assessment)
- Ask for advice from the fire prevention facility
- Verify the feasibility study report and basic design
- Please appraise the feasibility study report and basic design
- Verify technical design/construction
- Apply for fire protection approval
- Appraisal of technical design/construction
- Ask for construction permission
- Ask for permission from relevant departments for some specific projects.
- Complete fire protection work
- Completed construction acceptance and put into use
- Issue pink book
However, it’s up to specific local, we will apply some suitable changes and in accordance with each location’s regulation, the Investor can rest assured about the schedule of legal application.
