• Advising on the establishment and completion of legal procedures during the bidding process;

• Commit to request dossiers/bidding dossiers to meet technical, financial and commercial requirements as required by the general package or general project;

• Analyzing and evaluating bidding dossiers, selecting contractors to meet the requirements of the request dossiers/bidding dossiers?

• Consulting on negotiating and completing contracts on the basis of approved contractor selection results;
